Yes We Can!

Now that it seems everyone has come to the realization that Barack Obama will be the Democratic nominee, I believe it is time to begin the healing process.  Those of us who have been Democrats for at least a few election cycles, know the crushing defeat of supporting failed candidates all too well.

Today, a large group of the Democratic party are finding themselves on that side yet again.  I'll be honest, I've been pretty critical of Hillary Clinton (I'm pretty sure I may have referred to her as an "Ice Queen" once).  But, that was yesterday.  It is time to begin healing those wounds.

I can assure you that Senator Obama is the kind of candidate who can and will make us all proud.  He represents what America can be, what it should be.  Our collective opponent represents what American shouldn't be, and he can only conjure ideas of an America of yesteryear that never was and never will be.

It is time to look to the future with hope and determination.  This is our moment to stand up for our America and all that she is and all that she can be.

Looks like your candidate is going to take a beat down next week in your home state.

No surprises there. You can't win them all.
I don't think anybody would say that Kentucky is prime territory for a Liberal, Black candidate but, we'll see. Thankfully we live in a country based on votes, not polls.
Just as an aside, your attitude is laughable.
