Music I'm Loving: Citizen Cope - "Sideways"
Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 2:31PM
If it’s Tuesday it’s time for “Music I’m Loving” for this week of Sept. 23,2008. My weekly review of some album, single, EP, etc. that I’m in love with. This week is Citizen Cope's “Sideways”
My apologies that this is so much later than usual, but I had two exams this morning.
I'm not really going to recommend the entire record, simply because I haven't listened to the whole thing yet. Instead I'm recommending the song "Sideways".

- Artist: Citizen Cope
- Album: The Clarence Greenwood Recordings
- Genre: Folk
I'm not really going to recommend the entire record, simply because I haven't listened to the whole thing yet. Instead I'm recommending the song "Sideways".I heard this song over the weekend when I went to see "Ghost Town" (which was pretty good by the way), and couldn't get it out of my head.
It's a cool folksy track, with a little rock mixed in for good measure. It was released in 2004, and since then Citizen Cope has released another record, which I haven't heard either, so I realize if I'm late to the game on this one but I have to mention it.

That’s it for this week, remember “Music I’m Loving” is a weekly feature on “Justin Lamb Presents: A Blog!” and is posted each Tuesday. So, be sure to check back next Tuesday, or sooner.
Also, if you know of an artist/album/single/etc. that you think I should be listening to, contact me at: m...@justinlamb.org
